Not sure what to say?

My heart is so sad at the passing of such an amazing man. I´m also happy that I had the chance to know Kevin. Thank you for imparting your wisdom and time in my son´s life and for the opportunities you gave him. You will be sorely missed. Our deepest condolences to Natalie & the family. We love you

Kevin was more than a colleague, he was a friend, and a wise one too. rest in power Kev.

I´ve heard Kevin passed in happiness, deep in the love of his family and close to his roots. How appropriate for a man I don´t recall having seen without a smile. A smile that brought all in, as he respected all. In some ways, Kevin was destined to be a union man. Not in any limiting sense, but with regard to his appreciation of community. # A Tribute to Kevin Ladson *By Monty Ross* I can see a young company across the Brooklyn Bridge taking shape. I know because I was driving the production van full of equipment for the 16mm film we made in 1982. A filmmaker himself,...

Kevin worked on a couple of music videos I directed in the 90´s and we didn´t get to know each other well but we chatted while working and I could see he was a class act and a great guy, very focused and a fellow creative. Back in 2014 he made this sketch of me based on a photo I´d posted on FB and he shared it with me. I was surprised and blown away by his ability to draw so well and he shared other sketches with me he did all well done and I was impressed by his skills and I told him. ...

Kev, you were the bridge. How will we ever get to one another without you? When the world is in desperate need of bridges.

I am in shock. Kevin facebooked me on August 5th, just a few days ago. We shared the same birthday. I reminded him every year of how much joy he brought to the entire crew when he serenaded me in the lunch room on the set of Beloved. He brought me and many others to tears. I had not been able to fully celebrate my Birthday because my father had transitioned on my birthday two years earlier. Kevin put the spotlight on me instead of himself It was a day I will always cherish. Precious and...
