We were Kevin's clients. He was such a lovely person. He helped us through some very rough times with issues in our home. He came once in the middle of the night to help us. I was so shocked and sad today to learn he had passed away. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Menefee family. Kevin will be missed. Warmly, The Finkel Family, Rockville, MD
