Dr. Kevin Mullins

I was a patient of DR. MULLINS at DRMC in DuBois, PA. He was caring, considerate and in touch with every anxity problem that needed addressed. Today I found his OBITUARY while filling out an oncology report. Very sad as I moved to FLORIDA and was unaware of his passing. Great loss to family and the medical community.

I met Kevin in 1977 during orientation at South Miami Hospital as an RN. I only got to know Kevin for a short period of time having been told he was leaving SMH to begin anesthesia school (if I recall correctly). I admired his knowledge as a nurse & his friendliness- he was a great guy to have been able to meet. I thank the Lord that our paths crossed at that time. It was a blessing to have met him and I am sure he was a blessing to the many patients he cared for. I just found out today...

Kevin and I met in Nursing school in Joplin, Mo. We were similar in our way of approaching life. Kevin was an adventurer. Our paths crossed again in Kirksville, MO where I also worked with his wife Mary. His kindness and empathy for his patients continued as did his sense of humor and adventure. When I think of Kevin, his mischievous smile quickly comes to mind. Margie McGahan Smotherman
