Kevin Myszkowski Obituary
Leaving behind to cherish his memory is his daughter, Avery Myszkowski, his wife Jennifer and her children, Brendan (Ashley) Maxwell, Kaylynn and Addison Crotz, along with Kevin's sisters, Janell (Neal) Stephens and Elizabeth (Chip) Stetzler and his niece and nephews Morgan and Maddox Stephens and Brody, Dominik and Nash Stetzler.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Joe and Betty Backes and Ed and Betty Myszkowski and his aunt Susan Baker.
Kevin knew no stranger and was the light in any room he was in. He had an infectious laugh, stories for every occasion, and gave the best hugs. Kevin loved big and lived loud.
A funeral mass will take place Friday, September 16th at 11 am at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church in Peoria Heights. A celebration of life will take place Saturday, September 17th from 12-4 pm at the American Legion in Bartonville, IL. The family asks that everyone proudly wear Cubs or Notre Dame gear because that is how Kevin would want it.
Cremation will be accorded and Schmidt-Haller Burial and Cremation service is in charge of arrangements.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Avery Myszkowski Education Fund set up at Morton Community Bank. Words of comfort can be shared with the family at www.schmidt-haller.com

Missing Kevin, honoring his will to help, his cheerful spirit, and his love for all the hearts he graced. My prayers are with everyone who loved Kevin in return, and there are many of us who did. We are all better from having known him, hugged him, and laughed with him. You are cherished, my dear friend. And you always will be. I love you, brother!
