Mr. & Mrs. Nix and family:
Thirty years ago, I supervised Kevin when he was a student worker for our agency. Although we haven't seen him in many years, many of us remember his escapades with the "bee suit" he wore to relocate the huge hive from our products trailer. I had a large staff of student employees at that time, and Kevin was popular among them. Such a nice guy, and such a shock to open the paper and see his picture.

Best damned Paramedic I ever partnered with! Always funny, always wise with unwavering love and compassion for his fellow man. He and his wife Stef trained me when I first got into this crazed life of guts and glory! We have one of the best medics in Texas watchin over the crews on rough calls. Gonna miss you ol' friend.
