Not sure what to say?

I miss you so much, Dad. Please give Mom, Peg, Larry and Janet a hug from me. I think of all of you every second of everyday. Tell Janet that I've got Bo, Peg, and her precious Charlotte.

I was going to call Kevin and while looking for his number, I ran across his obituary. No one called me and I would have flown in from anywhere for his wake. I spent the best couple of years of my life working with Kevin during the all the demonstrations of the late 60s including the democratic convention. We had a great relationship and I will miss him dearly. Of all the people I worked with during those years, he was my favorite.Karen, please call me if you read this. Steve 847 441 6666

Sorry to hear about Mr.O'Malley's passing. As a Glenlake neighbor, I enjoyed visiting and talking with him and Peggy, too. I have fond memories of him "sailing" down Glenlake on his bicycle at the annual block party. May he rest in peace.

our prayers are with the O'Malley family. Kevin was a good neighbor and friend. I had the pleasure to get to know him better during our time at the USO O'Hare. He was always full of stories and jokes. Kevin made you smile. One of a kind.

Kevin O'Malley led a life of impact. I felt it every time I was around him as a kid. His presence would warm up the entire room. His passion for life was palpable. He and Aunt Peggy truly were one of a kind, the perfect combination of style and grace.

Thanks Kevin for your friendship. Also thank you from the hundreds of veterans and active soldiers you served at the O'Hare airport USO. Not to forget the countless number of less fortunate people you helped through your work and time in AMVETS local l8. You served both your country as a soldier during wartime, and your community as a police officer. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with you at the USO. I will miss those times, the talks and laughs we had, and the part of your...

Uncle Kevin was present for many if not all events in my life. The memories I have of him are countless and I am grateful for them all. My love goes out to all my O'Malley cousins - I hope you find comfort in knowing that he is now with Aunt Peggy and Peggy Sue! Rest in peace Uncle Kevin!

May God hold you in the Palm of His Hand Chi Chi and thanks for putting up with me in Area 3. Slan.

Fifty years ago at about the age of 21, I began work as a Secretary in the Human Relations Division of the Chicago Police Department at 11th and State in Chicago. For over 2-1/2 years, the kind, funny Kevin O'Malley was like the big brother I never had. Kevin was the best and fastest typist I had ever met. I asked him where he learned to type like that and he said "in the Army". Deepest sympathy to his children, grand children and also brothers. Kevin and Peggy's spirits must be...
