I did not know this young man Kevin Ogburn. He had a contagious smile and it sounded like he had a good life plained out before him. It doesn't matter how his accident happened he was someone's son,grandson,uncle,and had a lot people that loved him! I'm so very sorry for your terrible tragedy. I pray God's comfort and peace is with everyone that knew him. I didn't but my heart was broken for his family and many friends. He is in Heaven with Jesus and all the Angel's. Until we all meet...
