Scott introduced my mother (Deloris Allen) to New York City many years ago. His thoughtfulness and caring ways left her with a lasting, beautiful memory. I met Scott later on and loved his sense of humor, candor and emotional intelligence. The Heavens will sparkle a little brighter now with Scott there among the stars.

I grew up in the Osborn house in Mooreland with Donnie Jr
Think we might have picked on Scott just a little bit! He mentioned that to me when we were talking at his brother’s last football game! Hadn’t seen him in a while, but soon remembered his infectious smile and laugh!
We will miss his passions and personality!
Rest In Peace fine man!
Loves to all the family
