I am giving my heart felt sympathy to the family. I did not learn of Toby's death until I saw the notice in the paper on Saturday. I missed the funeral but I was with you all in prayer. I have known Toby from the first day he was born. I am a lifetime friend of the Riggs and Bride Family. Toby's mother, Carolyn and I were childhood friends and we remained friends until her death.
