We were shocked to learn of Keyoung´s passing. We were neighbors when she lived in Penbrook Borough in Harrisburg, PA. She was always outside with her dogs and we chatted across the yards when we saw her. She was quick to offer help to other neighbors and always had a pleasant demeanor. We are sorry for your loss and offer our condolences to your family and to her friends.
