Dr KHANH NGUYEN repaired my daughter´s heart 14 years ago this month and I´m saddened to hear he´s passed away. I am forever thankful and grateful for such an incredible Doctor who kept my first born child alive and thanks to him she has lived a healthy childhood and he will forever be part of our story.

You will forever be in our heart and mind, never forget what you did for us, thank you

I was asked by a coworker the name of the surgeon who saved my sons life, and I am so sadden to here of his passing. My son was born a premature and we found out 3 days into his life that he has a VSD which would not close on his own along with some other complications. My son, Michael, was born with a right aortic arch which was discovered during a sonogram five months before his birth. His pediatric cardiologist from Columbia-Presbyterian Children´s Hospital told us that if he should ever need surgery, Dr Nguyen was the absolute best doctor we could hope for to do the surgery. 15 years ago, Dr. Nguyen performed heart surgery on me for my heart condition called coarctation of the aorta. Now, I am soon to be 23 years old and live a perfectly happy, healthy life. So sorry to hear about Dr. Ngyuen's passing. Such a big loss as he was an extremely talented, kind, and wise soul. Thank you! Rest in peace <3
