Kien Chi Phan

Kien passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2019. Kien was a resident of Texas at the time of passing. He leaves three siblings and their families; brother Hao Chi Phan, sister Jenny Ngo and fiance QA Tran and brother and family Kiet Chi Phan, wife Jeanne Phan, son Kaiden Joseph Phan 5 and daughter Madeline Rose Phan 3. As a graduate of Berkner High School in Richardson, Texas, he leaves friends he truly loved and admired for over 20 years.
