Hi, my name is Remille Ables. I just found out about Kieran. I am so sorry. We went to St. Rocco School together with Yasin Carmichael. I am very sorry for your lost and hope that you and your children find solace that Kieran was always a gentleman and caring person.

I am sorry to hear of your loss. Words never describe what you all must be going through. Hopefully time has helped to ease the pain. My name also is, Kieran Shields. I too am a police man stationed at Carlow Garda Station in Ireland. My sincerest condolences. Garda Kieran Shields.

Being a family friend, I had the privilege to meet Mr. Shields and be engulfed with his beautiful presence many occasions. Every time I think of him, I remember him singing at Mo’s niece’s birthday party. I’ll never forget his smiling face and his warm gentle vibe. He was a nice man and Mo was truly blessed to have him in here life. Everyone who was able to meet him was blessed. Just think that there is one more angel above us, and just look for God for comfort.....May God bless you...

Kieran will be so sorely missed. I went to high school with him and knew him long before he was a police officer. Even at that time he attraced people to him. Out of our group of guys he was the central key that kept us together. When we went bowling he was the one who made it fun and kept it going for so many years.
