KIM CASELMAN Obituary

1955-Dec 24, 2015 Kim Loves Agnes. Agnes loves Kim. God saw you getting tired, and a cure was not to be, so he put his arms around you, and whispered, "Come to me." With tearful eyes we joined your struggle, there with you every day. And though we loved you dearly, we would not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hard-working hands to rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us. . . that he only takes the best. Eternal memory

Golly Kim, I had no idea. You brought great joy to my life. You were like a brother to me. I will never forget You, Jeff and myself riding all over Edgerton on that old Harley Three Wheeler and being Cub Scouts together.
Without You, my childhood would not be as precious as it was. I know that you have now met our Lord.

Kim, I don't know what to say. I have just learned of your passing. I wish I would have known sooner. Also, I am so sorry that I didn't keep in touch. I have been experiencing some really difficult health problems myself. But, Kim I will never, ever forget you. You brought so much joy into my life. I will never forget all the fun we had as kids growing up in Edgerton. Jeffery, You and I keeping the roads hot riding that old Harley Trike of Jeffery's. Taking orange juice cans, air hoses and electrician's tape and Jeffery building us a communication system so we could talk will burning up the roads of Edgerton. I loved you and your family so much. It tore my heart out when you all moved to Cameron. Remember our GI Joes, Stoney and all of our Nutty Mads. Terrorizing our sisters by bombing them from my tree house that Dad built us. Kim you brought a google of joy into my life. I will never forget you and I hope to see you again whenever I pass over. I thought and will always think the world of you. I wish that I would have kept in touch but I let my own bad health get in the way. You left me with so many wonderful childhood memories. I will never ever forget you. You will always be my best friend.

Oh Man,

I am so sorry. I had no idea. Kim you were like a brother to me. I will never forget as long as I live the times that you, Jeffery and I had in Edgerton, Mo. We had so much fun when we were kids. Riding around on Jeffery's Harley Trike. Using orange juice cans, air hose and electrician's tape to make a communication system that we could utilize so we could all talk to one another when we were cruising on the back of that old Harley.
It broke my heart when you all moved to Cameron. I will never forget you and hope that I meet you again when I pass over. You best friend always. Chip

Kim was a shining example of light and love for his family and everyone that met him. I remember most he was always smiling and kind. We also enjoyed his talents of building and woodwork. Kim and Agnes are a true love story and have created a beautiful family to carry on their legacy. Kim was also a great brother-in-law to me and a great uncle to my children.

My deepest and sincere condolences to the family as Kim was truly special. The distance prevented interaction in the adult years however it could not erase all the fond memories of Kim that we had as cousins growing up. His quiet demeanor and captivating smile were contagious whenever we were together. Kim was always the voice of reason in an otherwise unruly group of adventurous young cousins and probably kept us from trouble on more that one occasion as we went about exploring the farm or when they would visit us in Wichita. He was truly blessed to have Agnes and the children in his life. His pride in them was enormous and their devotion to him was unbending. I wish we could be there to share in a celebration of his life and to morn his passing but the storm prevented that from happening. Please know you are in our prayers. He was truly special and will always be remembered as such.

The Caselman Family has been friends with my family before I was born. We continued our friendship over the years and the distance. From spearfishing to drinking beers in the backyard our dad's were quite the pair. There was never a dull moment when Kim and Steve were together. Now, they are in heaven together drinking it up and having a great time. My heart goes out to you all and I pray that laughter and warm memories replaces the tears. Love you all!

Agnes, My heart goes out to you and your family. What I remember most about Kim was his smile and that little ornery twinkle in his eye as a kid. Lots of fun memories as he spent time at our house with my brother, Greg Alden. Greg considered you and Kim as close friends, and he has lots of good high school memories.

Regardless of the circumstances we are never prepared to say goodbye. I pray you can find some peace knowing Kim has a perfect body now and is no longer attached to his chair.

God Bless.

I have many memories of Kim. I am his Aunt Joy, and he and his brothers and sisters and his mother, my sister, spent many a happy time in our backyard in the swimming pool here in Wichita. He could certainly eat too! .Imagine-- his mother and I making cookies for nine children---five hers and four mine. I put orange juice in huge jugs with a spigot. ( We spent no more than a few days together at a time. Ha!) And it was so much fun for my four sons to visit their Aunt Wanda (she goes by Lee now) and her children on their beautiful farm. There was Jeffrey Lee, Joyce, Kalli and Lance---Kim's brothers and sisters. And my sons, about the same ages, Bruce, Mark, Greg and Kip. When they got together, I'm sure Jesus sent extra angels to protect them because what one could not think of, the other one could. I relished cooking for them, and Kim always thanked me profusely. I loved him---we all did. But I'm glad he is free of his prison. God bless you Agnes, and I pray you will be comforted. And also to my sister and her family---God watch over you. "Blessed are they that mourn, for they shall be comforted."
