Kim was a outstanding and very dedicated United Way volunteer. All of us at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas who worked with Kim (staff members and volunteers) will miss him. We very much appreciate his support, and the work he did as an agency review volunteer.

To Mr. & Mrs. Warren & Shirley Decker and Family,
I'm still in deep shock and so sorry for the loss of your son, Warren Kim Decker. I just found out yesterday. As I try to understand what has happened, I pray that you have a deeper faith that will continue to carry you through all this.
