I´m heartbroken. Kim was my dearest friend growing up. She was a bridesmaid in my wedding. We lived so far away from one another and got busy raising families. The last time we were together was when I came to stay with her over our 20th high school reunion. Since then we´ve only been in touch sporadically over DM´s but those messages were heartfelt and filled with love. We looked forward to connecting in person after she moved to Dallas.
