Kim Lewis

My condolences to the entire family on your loss. Valerie and Kendall, your mom talked about you all the time with such love. She always had a funny story about something one (or both!) of you did. She was so very proud of you. Kim was truly an advocate for the patients in the Farmington office. I can still hear her calling me lovey as she often did. She will be sorely missed by all.
