Kim,
Loved by many, who are no doubt at a loss at this life gone to soon.
I have known her as a young lady, remember how close she was to her mother and grandmother. to that bigger than life Thoma clan.

I will miss having Kim as a neighbor across the street and sharing thoughts with her about how to make our part of Riverside a better place to live. I wish her husband and pet the peace to move forward without her. She will be missed by all in the neighborhood.

While not having had the opportunity to meet Kim personally I do know if Kim was any thing like you Tara she would have been one great person.I'm sorry to you and all your family.Please remember that my prayers will always be with you !!

One story...I worked with the Slugs Band and Kim was a Fan...A Dancin Fan....The Lady in Purple...A Dancin at Gilly's of Wednesday Happy Hour. She danced so hard ...she blew her heels out...
