Not sure what to say?

Whenever we hear a Bob Seger song, we always say Kim's quote about Seger, "Bob Seger isn't a regional act." and smile. Eternally grateful for your friendship.

Love and miss you uncle Kim

My deepest condolences to the family. Kim was kind man, and exceptional father. I met him and his family while coaching his son KT in basketball.

Bro. Thompson mentored me and others brothers when we were young in our fraternity, Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Always kind with his time, energy and resources - I remember when he hosted a meeting for us in the Courtyard by Marriott at Union Station. Rest in Peace Good Brother.

Here is a picture of us with the late great Congressman John Lewis in 2003. Bro. Thompson is in the back row far right.

March on, March on.

Bro. Dr. Kevin A....

Kim was a giver of his time to youth football and basketball. He coached many kids in the DMV area and had major impact on the lives of so many. My sincere condolences to his family....may he rest in Peace.

Coach Thompson served as an assistant basketball coach during my high school years. I am extremely grateful to have crossed paths with Kim who truly changed the trajectory of my life, on and off the court, through several empowering and heart-felt conversations that I will carry with me forever. I send my warmest regards to Kim’s friends and family who will miss his wonderful soul.
