Not sure what to say?

Dear Kim, We all still miss you in our Floodplain Mgmt. division as well as those that had the pleasure of working with you from other divisions. Our office works hard to ensure that your work continues to follow the regulations and policies you help develop in your time here. My motto in 2024 especially on the tough days was, "Make Kim Proud Today!" I will keep that motto going forward. R.I.P. my friend and colleague. Bill Bicher

I had the privilege to work with Kim for a City of Dallas project. She was always knowledgeable and easy to work with.

RIP Kim. I knew you from work and always think highly of you.

My Sincere Condolences to the family. I `am So Sorry for the loss of your love One. May you find Comfort in your Beautiful heart and treasured every memory that holds a special place in Your love ones heart, may God give You the strength to endure this difficult Time, and continue to bless your love ones. Genesis 2:7; 3:19).

I am so sorry for your precious loss. May the "God of all comfort " provide for your family during the days ahead.

I´ll always be grateful to Kim for trusting me with my first project after I moved to Dallas. Especially noteworthy was her desire to see her community improve, which she pursued through her willingness to help others, a high standard for excellence, and her dedication to TFMA. I´m reminded of her eagerness to smile in every interaction. Because of her I hope to remember there is always something to smile about. May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

When I first started working, Kim was one of the many people who welcomed me here. I enjoyed our talks in her office and her helpfulness in making sure I knew what to do with my tasks. It felt a bit empty when she wasn't at work, especially when I heard that she was in the hospital. As short as it was getting to know her, I was glad to be able to see what she did in her work. She truly has made an impact on everyone. RIP fellow worker, you will be missed, but we will keep moving forward!

Kim was a beautiful kind sole that loved her family and her church. She always greeted me with a warm Aggie smile and it was evident to me that she loved most of all being a mom and loving wife. I miss her presence and the joy that she brought to the people around her. The warm picture in the photo is the same picture of smiling Kim that I see in my memories. God is blessed to welcome her home and heaven is a more joyful place now. She will be missed by many.

Kim was a bright light in an otherwise dim world. Her presence was always warm and inviting. I valued her friendship and am truly hurt to hear this news. To her family, stay strong and pray often for God will carry you through. My sincerest condolences.
