Curran-Jones Funeral Home - West Springfield Obituary

Kimberly L. (Minor) Flematti, 45, passed away June 15, 2023 after a courageous battle with an aggressive form of cancer. She was born on June 11, 1978 to Linda (Squires) Minor and the late Robert Minor. Kim worked as a Life Coach Activities Coordinator for Viability Inc. in Springfield. She was a kind, honest and loving person who could light up a room with her smile.  Kim loved animals, and surrounded herself with her pets, Freckles, her fur baby, Luna and Bubba. She loved candy crush and enjoyed watching tik tok videos. She enjoyed her weekends away with her long time girlfriends. Besides her mother, Linda (Squires) Minor of Westfield, she leaves the love of her life, her husband, Christopher “Chris” Flematti, her brother, James Minor,  and her niece, Kailey Minor of Chicopee along with her extended family and friends. Calling hours are Wednesday from 9 to 11 AM at the CURRAN-JONES FUNERAL HOME, 109 MAIN ST., WEST SPRINGFIELD followed by a 12 NOON Memorial Service in the Episcopal Church of the Atonement, 36 Court St., Westfield. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. The family would like to thank the Oncology Department and I.C.U. Staff at Holyoke Medical Center for the wonderful care and comfort they provided Kim, and her family, over the last six weeks.
