She was always the best person you can possibly meet and I will always remember from her there are no strangers, just people you haven't met. She was so kind and loving to me and my siblings and loved us unconditionally, she puts others needs before her own and worked so hard to get what she wanted in life. I get inspired by her everyday of my life because I know if she could take what the world threw at her and kept smiling, I certainly can!!!

Our kids played youth football together. After they were all grown up, whenever I saw Kim she always had a smile. Her spirit was infectious. She was a true fighter indeed. Prayers and peace to her kids and the rest of the Gilbert family. Heaven has truly gained an Angel.
