Gone but not forgotten!

I threw with Kim in high school--I was from a different local school and Kim and her coach opened their gym to me. I was always so grateful she treated me so kindly and welcomed me so graciously. I competed against her a number of times throughout college, and it was always such a lovely experience to see her. I randomly searched her name and saw this devastating news. My deepest condolences to her family...for the loss of Mr. Hicks as well...truly a beautiful spirited family. May God...

I miss you my sister, I was just thinking of you as I often do, thank you for just being you funny, inspiring, intelligent, understanding, independent and much more. I love you sis and I'll be looking forward to being with you again upon my transition. Love always Goddess (LRTR).

Kim was a wonderful person and a great co-worker at EWMA. She always had a smile on her face and will be remembered for the joy she brought to others just by being herself.

My heartfelt condolences to the Hicks family. Kim inspired me with her spirit of life. We worked together and I feel blessed to have shared a friendship with her. She made me laugh with her many stories. She remains a shining light to me, and I will miss her dearly.
