My 1st memory of Kim was meeting her at my birth Mother's funeral on 13 Feb 2015. She immediately knew who I was and after the service, she directed the family to a room and came and got me and Annlee Boonstra (my birth Father's wife) and proceeded to introduce me as Nancy's child who was given up for adoption. I wasn't sure if I should have attended the service, but in the end, I am so glad that I went. She accepted me with no holds barred and even explained that she wasn't the oldest...
