Kingdon "King" HELIE

I waited on him, while an associate employed with MAAS Brothers Retail Store. He always looked like He just flew in from Key West. He was dressed in a floral shirt Panama straw hat and a cigar in his mother. I had to ask him to extinguish it, which He did. He kept the cigar in his mouth, dangling.
