Kinsey Leas Carpenter

Kinsey left a legacy of love for all who knew him. He will be greatly missed. My prayers are with his family and Lisa.

Kinsey was like a brother to me growing up (living next door). I am so sorry that we lost touch and I hope he is comforted now by his parents and my parents. What a terrible loss for his children and grandchildren. I hope they gain strength from memories of his great smile.

He could light up a room; his keen wit and intellect, but most of all his big heart will be missed. He made a major impact on my life as he did for many. Condolences to his family.

and we had some fun times;
Imitating The Beatles, practicing magic tricks,
talking about the girls at school and getting into mischief in Hancock Park

I'm so sorry for your loss of Kinsey. I know you guys had so much you were looking forward to together. I'm sure you and those who loved him are devastated. I hope his children and family are comforted in knowing he was in a good place and so loved. May his strength of character and kindness live on in his children.

Kinsey was my first friend when I began work in Los Angeles at Stewart Smith in 1977. He was also my best man when I married Vel Nissen in 1978. Vel and I wish to express our deepest sympathy to Kinsey's family and friends. We remember him as being a great guy with a big heart and a fun sense of humour. Paul Addison
