Not sure what to say?

I just saw this. I was Kip's boss when he worked at the Odeon. He was a straight-up great guy. After I moved to Vegas I could never seem to contact him. Every once in a while, I'd try to locate him. I had the blessing of working with Kip in local 38. Genuinely good spirited man. Salt of the earth. Passionate guy with a love for the culinary arts and nature . Cared for everyone in his presence and loved his family. I hope you find your peace kip. Brothers like you dont come along everyday. May God bless your soul.

Kip had a lot of life experiences...some good, some bad, and would always try to share his learned wisdom when it would serve as a comfort or help to others. He asked nothing of you, but would be there in a moment if you were in need of a friend. He was funny and goofy at...
