Kipp was born on April 14, 1961 and passed away on Friday, July 5, 2019. Kipp was a resident of Dayton, Ohio at the time of passing. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Beavercreek Chapel, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45432 followed by Celebration of Life at 7:00 pm.
