Not sure what to say?

Another year has passed, and I still think about dear Kirby every day. Be it his laugh, his storytelling, or his observations of life and the world around us, he was a shining example of humanity. I will always miss him.

Even though it has been years, it still feels like yesterday. I miss you Kirby. You were one of the funniest and smartest people I have ever known. I hope I can see you again someday in some way and have another laugh together.

I never have seen you without a smile, and when I or anyone I know was around you, the urge to smile with you could not be suppressed. You have brought joy to the lives of others, and you will always be missed. You won't be forgotten.

May all the people who knew Kirby for the great person he was carry his love for the New Orleans area on. He will be missed. My sympathy goes out to all his family and friends.May God Bless All!

Please accept my deepest sympathies.

I pray for the many, many friends of Kirby; especially Mouse & Andrea. Unfortunately, I never met Kirby but I heard so much about him. My daughter (Andrea) always told me what a wonderful, sweet man he was. She told me a while ago that she knew I would like him and I am sure she is right. Be assured that God and Kirby are watching over you! I know you have been blessed to call Kirby your friend so cherish those memories! God's speed!

I knew Kirby for close to 20 years. I first met him in New Orleans when we both worked together. Over the years we spent many an evening together and I have never had so much fun or laughed so much with one person. Words will never be able to express how much I will miss him. He was a rare and gifted man who made all of us better for having known him, in so many ways.

My deepest sympathies to the Gee family and all of the folks who knew and loved Kirby.

I worked with Kirby for many years and cannot think of anyone more loved and respected by such a wide variety of folks— Kirby could connect with so many different kinds of people!

I'm so thankful to have known his friendship.

I was sadden when I heard of your passing, I will always remember your wonderful smile. You will be missed!
