I am so very sorry to read about the passing of Kirby. He had been in my Founders Hall photoshop class working very hard enhancing his many family photos. He was a delight to know and always added to the class with his warm personality and kindness. I will miss him.

Kirby was a high school classmate (and bandmate) of mine. While I didn't know him extremely well, I always detected a sensibility (I think he and a friend presided over a Silent Film Club, for example) that made him special and someone I wish I'd known better.
