Not sure what to say?

Kirk was one of my oldest friends & my also my cousin. In our circle of friends he was also referred to as skwirk, twirk! , but mostly “Quirk” short for
“The Quirk of Nature”! Love you and you will be sorely missed!!
God Bless You!
Reed & Juli Callais and family.

Sadly missed by all who knew him. Condolences and prayers for the family.

I knew Kirk years ago when I was a reporter at the daily comet. He was a friend of my dad’s who I quickly came to count as one of my own. I’ll never get the fishing excursion he took us on just before Hurricane Katrina. I just learned the sad news. My heart breaks for his family, and especially for his daughter. Having lost my dad to whom I was very close last year, I know all too well the feeling.

Rest in Peace, old friend.

So sorry to read of Kirk's passing. Last time I saw him was at Uncle Charlie's funeral where he got soaking wet because he left his window down on his truck. He laughed about it. Will always remember him this way. RIP Kirk.

We have such wonderful memories of Kirk. Stories that make us laugh. He was such a great guy. There is no doubt that he is wrapped in Aunt Dis arms today. We send our deepest sympathies and condolences to the whole family.
