I met Kirk 10+ years ago, and have been working for him since at The Press Club. I respected him as a boss, thought of him as a father figure, and a dear friend. He has been one the most influential people to ever come into my life. My condolences to the Johnston's, they have treated me like family, and I will be forever great full for that. Kirk will always have a special place in my heart.
