I made cookies, chocolate chip, that weren't quite cooked all the way through when I pulled them out of the oven...Chad refused to eat them. ha ha ha. Although Kirk...

Dear Debbie,

Trudy wrote and told me of your loss with Kirk. I’m very sorry to learn of such tragic news. I would have loved to see him on one of my trips to Utah, but unfortunately it never worked out. My memories of Kirk will always be of the early days, him preparing for his mission, and you two in love with anticipation for his return. Marriage, children, grandchildren…such a wonderful life together. I’m so sorry for your loss and the pain. Thank you again for coming to my mother’s...

Dearest Debbie and family ! I remember when I lost my precious daughter: Gina...the first week when I was getting the obituary ready and deciding on what type of Memorial to have for her...I was just going through the motions. I was in a state of shock and despair! Then....it hit me ! And it hit me so dang hard ! I think during that first week, you're just in such a state of shock that you just go with what's happening. Trying to do the best you can ! Deb, I know it's really hitting you...

Debbie and family,
We just heard today about Kirk's passing away. It seems like only yesterday that you were living here in our ward. We have so many great memories of your family, lots of trials and joys that you endured so well together. We extend our love and sympathy to you at this time. Kirk was a good man and we know he will be missed greatly.
