Not sure what to say?

I just learned about this today. I want to pass along my condolences everyone. Dave, she thought the world of you as her lifelong partner. David, Nathan and Becky, she was so proud of each one of you and touted your accomplishments at every juncture. Kitty helped me to become a better counselor at Palmer and I will always think her for that! I am an atrocious speller (thanks spell check for getting that word correct) and she was forever "fixing" my spelling on letters of recommendation;...

Although Kitty and I were high school friends at Girls Central, she and I became best friends in 1965 when we both ended up in Prince George's County in Maryland while I was a graduate assistant at the University of Maryland and where she took on the insurance world at Geico. We played with the tremendous bus system there until Kit bought her first car... a blue Volkswagen Beetle. We met the guys we were destined to marry and had our first children there till Lynn and I and Kristen (Dave...

Dear David and kids, OMG your wife/mom was such a force of nature. Kit and I were classmates from the "Mac", through Girls Central and friends, via visits and many phone calls, until shortly before she passed. We shared laughs and tears. I loved Kitty, with her passing our old gang goes down below 5. I know she's singing in heaven and probably re-arranging the hymns. Daivd, know you are in my prayers and kids, you too. Memories are what we have to hang on to, and mine are all...

Kitty and I had an interesting bond...working at the Butte Symphony, and her occasional drop into my office to borrow display items for the reunions she was involved with organizing..always a smile..and just as special was having David on our payroll for short term things. It was a real love story that she obviously shared with all and her force was one of laughter and fun...Love to all the family and to David..Kathy Henningsen...

I moved to Colorado Springs in 1991 I believe. She lived next door to me in a cul de sac until they sold the house. I remember her because she was a big personality. I remember when the house sold she cut out a wall or door frame in the kitchen area because it had the growth marks of all her children. The family that purchased her house shared a lifetime of love and hospitality until they too passed away and I am still in touch with one of their daughters

Kitty and David have been friends for many many years. I will miss you, your songs, your stories and your prayers.

I'm so sorry to hear of Kitty's passing. She was a FORCE! I met her through my work at the Butte Archives. Many of the flowers in my yard came from her lovely garden and continue to thrive. May she rest in peace.

I worked at Palmer with Kitty for many years. She was so much fun to be around! We always celebrated birthdays in the office with cake and singing happy birthday. Thank goodness for Kitty. Only she and Dave Vasquez could carry a tune. We became good friends and loved playing scrabble with the Palmer ladies when we retired. She was such a great storyteller she kept us in stitches! I certainly missed Kitty when she and Dave moved to Butte. She was a great friend - loyal, joyful, and helpful....

Our dear Mother Hen! We love you and we love David and, oh, we miss you already.
