Not sure what to say?

I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to the Koutsandreas family.
I am still in shock after learning of his passing. He has been my landlord for the past 5 years. He was a wonderful person. He never spoke an unkind word. I will never forget how caring he was after my husband passed away, a few months after we moved in here. He would always ask how I was doing. He will be missed by my family and I. What a great person he was. Rest in peace Gus!

Gus: You were the greatest neighbor, that one could ask for! My deepest sympathies for your family and friends.

Rod & Margie!

My deepest Sympathies to Gus's family and coworkers. I enjoy dining at Gardenview, but I also loved chatting with Gus at the counter. He was such a positive, well spoken, and insightful person. I had great respect for him, for his accomplishments and always cared to hear his opinion. He made me feel like an old friend when I entered Gardenview or we were speaking, and I was only a once in a while patron. Rest in Peace Gus, I will miss our chats and your positive smile.

We moved to Cape Cod from Buffalo 15 years ago, but always stopped for dinner and several breakfasts at Gardenview on every visit back. We will certainly miss him and his big friendly smile. What a great guy!! May he rest in peace.

i must say although it isnt,or wasnt always easy, you, milton(and jeanie) installed a work ethic in us all who worked with you that was unsurpassed..so thank u for showing me to never ever not work with all i have ;) gus will never be forgotten and nor his family as i sincerely wish them all the best and peace, in spite of the circumstances :)

To my friends of the KOUTSANDREAS family,

We've been coming to Gardenview for over twenty years. Gus made the restaurant the "local", truly, family restaurant. I will always treasure the conversations about investing. I learned more from Gus than all the investing gurus on TV.

He was a person who was genuinely concerned about people especially his customers, always asked about our kids. He will always be rememberd and always be in our lives because of who he was and...

Gus, you are an amazing man. I have known Gus since 1984. My father and I were regulars at the gardenview restaurant. He treated us and all the customers like we were some one. When I left in 1996, and at times come back to visit, I would visit the restaurant and Gus would be their! My deepest sympathies go out to the family.

Our deepest sympathy go to the family of Gus Koustsandreas. The Friday night gang will truly miss him. Thoughts and prayers go out to you.

I have fond memories of working at Gardenview, Gus was a fun and happy boss. My deepest sympathies to the family.
