Not sure what to say?

Kory was a man of great integrity and character. I miss Kory and his great attitude toward his God, family and friends. Many coffee's in Westlake along with great words of wisdom are memories that will last me a lifetime.

Kory believed every day was a great day to be alive, however for him in Christ it was a great day to be dead too....as you could not threaten Kory with Heaven...........

Kory we love you and will always remember you.

Thanks great friend. ...

Dear Dad,
If I could write you a letter, oh what I would like to say, how you loved me in your own special way. What I would like to say is thank you for all the times you listened to me and let me sit on your knee. I wish I had more time here on earth, but that was not to be, so I'll make up it in Eturnity with our Lord Jesus Christ. Until I get there Dad please look down on me and keep smiling on me. Thank you for sending the birds to sing to me and all those thunder storms that make...

Dear Dad,
If I could write you a letter it would say that I am doing well, but still blue. I miss you so, and wish you did not have to go. I know this is part of God's plan, but wish our time together could have been expented. I see you everywhere I look, a bird in a tree singing to me, or in the sun and rain. Thank you Dad for all the times you talked with me and let me sit on your knee. I pray to thee (Jesus) that you can look down on me and see things I do and how well you raised me....

I miss Kory every day, even though we rarely saw one another. He was my older brother and there was on one on this planet I held in higher regard.

Like Steve and Gene, I too have a son named after my brother Kory. In fact, coincidentally, as Kory is laid to rest, his ashes buried in the Veteran Cemetery, I won't be able to attend the ceremony as my son, Kory Ford, will be married that weekend.

I just found this guest book. Thank you to whomever created it.

I have known Kory since High School. What a great guy.
I too, as did my "Brother" Steve Loers, name our first son after Kory. It was an honor.
Myself, Kory, and his best friend, Ted Christiansen were in Vietnam together.
We sure gave them hell Kory. Rest in Peace. God bless Lin and family. So sorry for "our" loss.
Gene Madson

We are all sad to hear about Kory. He was one of my very best friends, my brother. My oldest son is named after him and Kory and Lin are God-Parents to my daughter Cassie. The times we had in Mason City, Iowa. The band playing in Kory's basement, with Marlys's approval. The time we cut the muffler on Stans Buick so it would sound cool. Swimming in the pits behind Kory's house. West park playing tennis. Gene and Mark and Kory and I, doing all the fun things young men do. Clear Lake in the...

Kory was an example to many in his zeal for speaking of our Savior Jesus Christ. He touched my life when God brought us together when we were both unemployed and introduced me to several study groups which are a blessing to me. He could always be counted on for his quick wit and his words were always ones that everyone recognized were from our brother Kory. He unabashedly spoke from his heart and spoke words that stimulated thought. He could be found everyday in public places doing his daily...

Kory visited us here in Mitchell SD and was a great encouragement for us all. Kory mailed me a card that said, "Every blade of Grass has its angel that bends over it and whispers 'Grow, grow'". May God truly provide for the family according to His riches in glory. Philippians 4:19

Though this time of loss brings sorrow and emptiness to your hearts, I rejoice with you in the testimony that was shared in the obituary. To learn of one, Kory, that acknowledges Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior brings great joy to me, for I too love my Savior, Christ Jesus. Thank you for speaking of Kory's greatest service was to his King of all Kings. May the God of all comfort be your Sustainer by his grace and tender mercies. Thanking God for the man, Kory Ford, that I do not know, but...
