Courageous love! Kristen and Kurt

My first roommate at Moody - we loved shopping at the mall, eat Top Ramen w/baked potatoes, and using lots of hairspray.

A real southern belle...big hair and a big heart for Jesus =]

Dear Kurt
I have lost touch with Kristen since Moody, and lately my thoughts have wandered toward her. So I searched to find this news and my heart is heavy for your loss. The little that I have read I'm glad to see that she lived a life well spent, doing exactly what she aspired to do since Moody. I'm sad to think that I lost my chance to reconnect with her in this life - but I'll look out for her when it's my turn to go.

I didn't know Kristen personally. I only read about her on facebook. That aside, she is a remarkable woman of God, chosen, & precious. That makes us FAMILY. We have the same Father, who is the Lord God Almighty. We are sisters. May God bless & keep this family in his loving care.

I am so sorry for the loss of Kristen. I attended her funeral service and listened to all of her friends. Bob Russell was absolutely fabulous, the music was such tribute to Kristen. Kurt is such a great guy with great children in which i am so sorry for their loss. I know I will pray for them in the days of healing and losing their best friend, mother and dear wife...God Bless all of You.....John Black

Bryan and I are brokenhearted at the loss of Kristin here on earth. It is wonderful beyond imagination that she is seeing her Savior face to face, but we grieve her loss to us.
She was a bundle of energy who packed twice the numbers she lived into her life. We will never know how many people she led to the Lord.
Kurt, thank you for being so transparent about your grief on Kristen's blog. It helps us know how to pray.
The Lord will carry you through day by day, and His mercy and...
