I am so sorry to hear of Kristi´s passing. She was a student in my Spanish class. She always had a beautiful smile. Her mom told me the first day of teacher meetings when my Sarah was in 3rd grade, "this year, you have my daughter and I have yours in our classes". That was a fun year.

Heartfelt sympathy to all of Kristi's family and loved ones. She was a former student of mine whom I remember fondly. I also watched her participate in countless volleyball matches and basketball games over her high school career. A few years ago, I reconnected with her on Facebook, which was great. I am so very sorry for the loss of this stellar young woman .
