Kristie was one of my very first friends when I moved from MI to attend UNCC. She was full of life, love, and laughter. I will always cherish the weekend she brought me home to Morganton. I am so deeply saddened by her death. Keeping the Crowder family in my thoughts. Kristie will be greatly missed.

Kristie was a lovely, dynamic, passionate young lady. I met her when she visited her Aunt Denise Rose for her "Charleston time". From the first meeting I knew she was a special lady and admired her independent spirit to follow her dreams! Her family will be in my thoughts and prayers!

Mark and I met Kristie through our friends Denise (her aunt) and Jeff. She was an impressive and kind young woman who exuded confidence, spirit, intelligence and kindness.
