Bezanilla-McGraw Funeral Home - Carthage Obituary

Kristine A. Clark, 70, of 440 S. Clinton St., Carthage, died with her husband and her daughter by her side on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at the Carthage Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Carthage. 


 


Kristine was born on September 28, 1948 in Carthage, the daughter of the late George and Cecilia (Perfetto) McMahon. She was a 1966 graduate of Carthage Central High School. A marriage to Gregory P. VanWyck on August 10, 1968 ended in divorce. She married Frank L. Clark on December 31, 1989 in Las Vegas, NV. Kristine worked for the Carthage Republican Tribune and Blue Cross/Blue Shield in Watertown before working as a legal secretary for Faye Moran and later with the Conboy Law Firm in Carthage. She was a former Girl Scout Leader.


 


She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary of Carthage, Northern Cruisers and the Highway Legends.


 


She is survived by her husband: Frank L. Clark of Carthage, one daughter and son-in-law: Jennifer M. and Craig Waite of Champion, two grandchildren, Andrew M. O’Connor and Kelsey Waite and nieces and nephews. Two brothers, George E. McMahon and Loren A. McMahon died before her.


 


A graveside service will be held at 1:00pm on Monday, November 5 at Felts Mills Cemetery with Wayne Arnold officiating. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are with the Bezanilla-McGraw Funeral Home, Carthage.


 


Memorial donations may be made to the American Legion, 415 West St., Carthage, NY 13619.
