Swartz Funeral Home - Flint Obituary

TROUT, Kristopher Delaney passed away on September 24, 2022 at the age of 31.

Kristopher was born in Choognchungnam Province, South Korea on February 10, 1991 and was welcomed home by his loving parents Ken and Leslie Trout, and sister Kacey, on June 17, 1991. He was raised in Swartz Creek, Michigan where he was an MMWA state champion wrestler. He attended Swartz Creek schools and Mott Community College. Kristopher had good morals and a huge heart, and he loved his family tremendously. He was kind, smart, funny, protective, sensitive, generous, attentive, thoughtful and most of all, caring. He had a soft spot for animals, especially his dog Duncan. Kristopher was great with kids and he was smitten with his little niece, Brooklyn. Kristopher had a dream to protect and serve, and was working to become a police offer. In his free time, Kristopher could be found working out at the gym, going to the casino, playing video games, watching the Green Bay Packers and most of all, spending time with those he loved.

Kristopher was preceded in death by his Aunt Margie and Uncle Syd Delaney, as well as grandparents John and Dolores Toth, and James and Madelene Trout.

Left to cherish Kristopher’s memory are his mother Leslie (Brian), father Ken, sister Kacey (Elliott, Brooklyn), brother Ken (Kristen, Madison, Morgan) and his grandma Edie. Kristopher also leaves behind many aunts, uncles and cousins whom he loved dearly.

Kristopher was a bright light and his memory will live on through those whose lives he touched.
