Lexington , Kentucky - Krystal Deania Gill Jones was born on Dec 30, 1963 to the late Rev. Oliver Dean Gill and Jane Elizabeth Smith Gill. She was the loving wife of Rev. Ron W. Jones for 29 years and would have been celebrating 30 years of marriage on Nov 30, 2021. They were blessed with two children, Tanisha Smith and Cameron Jones. Along with three grandchildren, Olivia, Todd and Tiana, whom she loved dearly. Krystal was an Auntie to Christian, Oliver III, ShaKohl and great-niece Stormie. She is survived by sisters Velma Johnson, Valois(David) Lewis and Arletta(Anthony) Taylor Garlington, Jan'a(Steven) Prater and Erica Gill. She was a niece to Carolyn Mack, and Anthony (Cindy) Ervin. The dearest friend of Andrea Cunningham. A host of cousins, Church Family, neighbors, co workers and other special friends will miss her. Krystal attended Fayette County Public Schools, graduating from Bryan Station Sr. High in 1981. She furthered her education by earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Kentucky. Her professional career started in 1988 with Serv-Air Inc. located at Bluegrass Station in Lexington,KY. She was currently employed with Lockheed Martin as a Senior Program Manager. Krystal's legacy shall live on because of her faithfulness to God, determination to keep going, her positive spirit and most of all the love for her family. Homegoing Celebration Services 1pm Wed, Nov 3, 2021 at Unity Worship Center located at 1975 Haggard Ct, Lexington, KY. Visit 11am, Rev. David Peoples, Pastor of Jabez Baptist Church, Lexington, KY will officiate. Burial to follow at Lexington Cemetery.

She used to babysit my daughter on some weekends to give me a break because of her hyperactivity. She was always a friend to me. God bless her memory. To her family, we offer our condolences.
