Mr. Hsueh was very kind to us as renters while I was at RPI. He refused to raise the rent while others all around us did. So sorry to hear the passing of Uncle Hsueh who was so dear to you and also to us. We have many good memories about Uncle Hsueh while he was in Taiwan and in the States.
