the Downeys, all grown up... you would be proud Mr. Hsueh!

Mr. Hsueh was very kind to us as renters while I was at RPI. He refused to raise the rent while others all around us did. He said on more than one occasion "School is VERY important, you just give us what you can and keep focused on your schoolwork... nothing can be more important to you and your family". So sorry to hear the passing of Uncle Hsueh who was so dear to you and also to us. We have many good memories about Uncle Hsueh while he was in Taiwan and in the States.
