Not sure what to say?

Kurt was my neighbor for several years in Goddard. I always joked with him about being my surrogate husband. He was always there when I needed a helping hand. One funny memory I have was when I had a new storm door put on the front of my house. I couldn't get it to close. So, I asked Kurt to help me figure it out. All he had to do was push it open a little bit and it closed. He was a wonderful father to his boys. Family was important to him. You will be missed. Rest in Peace.

I am heartbroken to learn of Kurt´s passing. So many fond memories of a dear friend. Kurt was one of the nicest guys I´ve ever known. Godspeed my friend. My deepest sympathies to his family and friends

Kurt, We had a lot of great memories working together. You always brought the best cofee to work. I could always count on your word. Thanks for being the one and only Kurt Bauer! My condolences to the Bauer Family, you are in my prayers.

Very saddened to hear of Kurt's passing, truly a great man and I enjoyed visiting and spending time with Kurt at work, it was my pleasure knowing Kurt over the years.

Katrina and family, I'm very sorry for the loss of Kurt. Katrina and I had great times and memories of his visits in Lawrence and playing pool. You all are in my thoughts and prayers.

I am a retired supervisor of Cessna Aircraft. Kurt was a mass properties engineer in our organization and highly respect for his work, personality and his respect for his fellow engineers and friends. He was very much respected by the management of the mass properties group and I wish to express my sympathies to his family for this great loss.

Not only Kurt is a nice guy, he is a straight shooter, and a man of his word. You can count on him as a friend and a colleague . I will sure miss him. My deepest condolences to his family.

Deepest sympathies to Kris and the rest of the family. I knew Kurt in middle and high school in Goddard and the college and while in our 20´s years. We then drifted apart, but I´ve always thought fondly of the entire family. I feel for the pool players in heaven! He´s a great pool stick. Marc

I worked with Kurt at Cessna for 15+ years, couldn't have asked for a better friend in and out of work, nicest guy in the world. I'll never forget all our talks in the mornings over his fancy coffee he would bring in, and all his perfectly timed movie quotes and one liners. I am really gonna miss him. My deepest condolences, thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time.
