Not sure what to say?

Growing up in Mexico as the son of one of Kurt's teachers, I am very sorry to hear of this horrible news. I have always admired the entire Bessel family and want you to know you are in my thoughts and prayers.
Kurt, you opened your house to me when I needed it, and for that I will always remember you. I can't even begin to write about all of the memories I have of you while I was growing up. Trust me, you have had an impact on my life, and continue to do so even now.

I can still remember running down the stairs at the country club to dance to the "good music", I sure hope Dr. Magillacudy (sp) runs freely where you are. When I read this, sure did conjure up a lot of very fun memories and fun people, far to young to have left this world. The world will not be the same without you in it.

We are so sad right now for all of Kurt's family. Our prayers are with all of you. Love, The Barnhart Family.

OUR THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS GO OUT THE FAMILY OF KURT. WE KNEW HIM THRU THE CENTRAL SQUARE TWO-CYLINDER CLUB AS A MEMBER AND CLUB PRESIDENT AND THE EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP HE AND HIS FATHER PREFORMED ON THE TRACTORS THEY HAD WORKED ON. HE WILL BE GREATLY MISSED BY MORE THAN THE "TRACTOR PEOPLE".

Kurt .. you will be sorely missed..you were a good friend and great conversationalist. The "BBS family" had a lot of fun and it was a special time in our lives. I'm sure you will be remembered always (and not just as "the guy with the handlebar moustache." :}) Oh, and BTW, I still like Pepsi better than Coke! My sincere condolences to your family.

Our thoughts and Prayers are with you at this time.

Amy, Jason and Kids

To all the Bessel's - I am so very sorry for your loss and you all are in my thoughts and prayers.

I am so saddened to hear of Kurt's passing. He was a good friend. Our BBS wouldn't have been the same without him. My sincere sympathy to his family and all those that loved him. I'll miss you Kurt, our chats and our dances.
