Sorry to hear of Kurt's passing. My Dad, Jim Barber and Kurt worked together many years at the NYS Dept. of Labor. My Dad had immense respect for Kurt as a co-worker and friend. It was common back then for Kurt to swing by for a visit after work sitting at our kitchen counter sipping coffee and talking about work with my Dad. And he was always kind to share some of that fabulous German sausage he made with us. Your words here are just how I remember Kurt. Sorry for your loss.
