I'm shocked and deeply saddened by Kurt's passing. It's been many years since we had any contact so I had no knowledge of any health problems. In high school & beyond we were very close friends and spent quite a bit of time together. I'll especially remember times at the farm. We would hill climb motorcycles that weren't meant to go off road and he tried to teach me how to ski (without success).
We once took a trip to Vermont in his 56' Ford to visit his dad. We all went from there...
