Kathleen, I was so shocked and saddened to hear about Kurt. I can't tell you how often I think about the summer I worked at Marathon and how much fun it turned out to be. Kurt was such a huge part of that experience. Truly the nicest guy, half of the happiest, sweetest couple. I will forever think of him running... always far ahead of me. I got to see the back of his head alot that summer. The world is a poorer place without him. My love to you and the kids.

Kurt was such a nice man and friend. I enjoyed knowing and working with Kurt at Marathon. Over the last several years Kurt, several other Marathon alumni, and I would meet for lunch to exchange stories and catch up on each other, which gave me the opportunity to get to know him on a more personal level. He will sorely be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. My condolences to the entire Lintelman family.

Kathleen, Eric, Amy and family, My love and prayers to you during this time. Kurt was a gift to all of us who knew him. Our time together in Boy Scouts will always be special to me. He was so gentle and always willing to help anyone.

I am holding all of you in my thoughts and prayers. I think of you constantly, Kathleen. Kurt was always such a bright spot at the YMCA. I will always remember our friendship and our last conversation at the Y on Friday night. Know that you are loved.

Kurt was a wonderful colleague. He was well respected and I always felt comfortable discussing opportunities from the mundane to extremely complex. He will be sorely missed!

Kurt was a good friend. He was always a team player. Such a well-rounded person, talented in so many ways. I wish we had more time. Kathleen, you are in our prayers.
