Its been three years since we last saw each other, and your passing is still unimaginable. I looked forward to seeing Kurt when he would testify at trials. He would joke about finding out how good of a court reporter I was because he knew how fast and technical and difficult he was to take down. I will miss seeing him around the courthouse. My prayers are with him and his family at this time. I will never forget him.
