To the Wiggins Family,

Please except my deepest symphathy for your loss. I met Kurt at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel at the Blacks In Government (BIG) Annual National Training Conference, 2004. My sorority was there also, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorotiy, Inc (AKA) for another event. Kurt saw my AKA pin I was wearing and informed me that some sorority members were at the hotel. He gave me the sign that was outside door of their meeting room. I still have that sign. Kurt also...

Please except my deepest symphathy for your loss. I went to elementary, middle, and high school with Kurt. He was a good person and a good friend, Even though I have not seen him in years I still remember his laugh and his running he was a fast runner.

I am truly sorry to here about your son, brother, husband, Dad, etc. I met Neal and kirk here in Wash.,DC. Not even knowing that we knew the same people I am also from Norfolk (Ramona Debnam)from Calvert Park. I am so sorry for your lost. My God Bless your entire family.

Kurt.... Rest in peace.... i will always going to remember you...... my deepest condolences.

Rest in peace my brother...my thoughts and prayers are with the entire family along with my deepest condolences. I am so sorry for this loss. While our lives placed us in different places over the last 3 decades, I'll never forget him as one of my first friends in elementary school.

I met Kurt in February 2010 during a conference at the Marriott Wardman Park. Although, I only got to know him during that week, he left an impression on me and the rest of my co-workers. He was so helpful and kind to us. Kurt, you will not be forgotten.
